Structural Intergation Therapy

Imbalance to body balanced
Structural Integration works toward physical alignment and emotional evolution.  Treatment focuses on muscular imbalances and holding patterns through visual assessment and detailed measurement of myofascial length (muscle and connective tissue)  Holding patters are released by a systematic, "hands on" approach, working with fascia to restore motion and ease movement of the body.

Structural Medicine turns aches and pains into increased ease of movement, greater function and balanced strength and flexibility.  It creates balance through alignment.

Structural Medicine reorganizes a client's fascia (connective tissue) system to create balanced alignment through one's body.  This creates a balanced strength to flexibility ratio throughout the entire body.

Many different techniques can be used through the lens of structural medicine.  The overarching principles of structural medicine allow techniques and elements from different modalities to be used within its framework, to create a comprehensive treatment approach for the entire body that balances the myo-fascial tone, length and strength across all the major joints of the body.
